As part of a professional qualification enhancement program, legal consultants from Business Support Centers (BSCs) across five regions of the Kyrgyz Republic visited several ministries and departments. The primary objectives were to exchange experience, study modern approaches to providing legal support for entrepreneurial activities, and refine practical skills.
During the visits, working meetings were held with representatives of state bodies. These discussions focused on topical issues such as the improvement of legislation, the provision of public services to business entities, the implementation of state policies aimed at improving the business climate, and the mechanisms for inter-agency cooperation when handling business appeals.
Particular emphasis was placed on the practical application of normative legal acts regulating entrepreneurial activity. Representatives of state authorities shared their law enforcement experience, clarified the specifics of implementing recently adopted regulations, discussed the most common issues arising during their application, and provided practical examples of resolving legal situations.
As a result of these meetings, participants gained valuable practical knowledge and skills related to legal counseling for entrepreneurs. This included the application of administrative, tax, labor, land, and other relevant legislation, as well as the processing of appeals from business entities. The newly acquired competencies will enhance the quality of legal assistance provided to entrepreneurs in the regions and ensure the uniform application of legislation in practice.
The experience exchange program served as an effective platform for strengthening cooperation between Business Support Centers and state bodies. It contributed to the professional growth of legal consultants and the development of a unified law enforcement practice regarding the implementation of the Kyrgyz Republic’s entrepreneurial regulations.
