With the support of the OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek, a two-day Training for Trainers (ToT) was held, bringing together consultants from Business Support Centers from all regions of Kyrgyzstan.
🎯The main goal of the training was to strengthen the consultants' capacity, improve the quality of consulting services in line with modern approaches and standards, and discuss strategic priorities, new projects, and initiatives for the further development of Business Support Centers.
🧩The training was conducted by Nazgul Shekekova, a consultant, trainer, and entrepreneur with over 22 years of experience in small and medium enterprise (SME) development, business planning, and strategic management.
🗓️Over the course of two days, the participants exchanged practical experience, strengthened their professional competencies, and gained new tools that will help them guide and support entrepreneurs across the country even more effectively.
