1. Legal advice
The essence of legal advice is to inform the client about the mechanisms and ways to solve a particular problem, as well as about the availability of opportunities and ways to achieve a particular goal.
The legal advice provided by the Business Support Center is aimed at clarifying the situation in which the business is located, as well as providing information about the legal consequences that may arise.
Types of legal advice
1.1. Oral legal advice
The oral consultation of a lawyer is a direct communication in the form of a dialogue between a lawyer of the CCI and an Entrepreneur.
The consultation begins with clarifying the essence of the problem, the actual circumstances of the case and the events preceding the occurrence of the problem. Very often a lawyer has to act as a psychologist, because emotions are behind any human problem. In order to understand the situation, a lawyer sometimes needs to let the client talk and calm down, since any problem should be solved with a cold mind.
1.2. Written legal advice
A lawyer's consultation, conducted in writing, is characterized by the consolidation of the information issued by the lawyer on a tangible medium.
Such a legal service implies communication between a lawyer and a client on a question–and-answer basis. This means that the lawyer gives answers to clearly posed questions or provides a legal analysis of a particular situation.
Written legal advice has one drawback, which is that based on the information received, the client almost always has new questions.
1.3. Legal advice online
There is a way to get legal advice using the Internet.
Such a legal service is provided regardless of the geographical location of the client, but obtaining the information of interest can occur by e-mail or by answering a question asked in a form located on the organization's website.
1.4. Initial legal advice
This type of legal service is provided at the first request of the client.
The purpose of such a consultation is to determine the industry affiliation of the question or in situations where it is possible to give an answer to a client's question within a short time – 5-10 minutes, no more.
1.5. Basic legal advice
The main type of consultation is basic legal advice. This is a full-fledged legal service, the duration of which varies from 30 minutes to several hours.
This type of consultation always takes place in person and aims to legally formulate problems or tasks, develop an algorithm for solving a problem or achieving a goal, as well as coordinate this algorithm with the client.
During the consultation, the lawyer receives a description of the situation from the client, asks clarifying questions and examines the submitted documents.
