Mirlan Davlyaev is an experienced legal consultant. He advised more than 1,000 entrepreneurs and drew up contracts of more than 100 million soms. He has been working at the Batken Center since March 2021. In 2009, he received a higher education in law from Kyrgyz National University named after Zh. Balasagyn. In 2019, he received a Master's degree in Public Policy from Meiji University, in Japan. In 2020, he received a Master's degree in Public and Municipal Administration from the Academy of Management under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic. Now he works at the Issyk-Kul ESC.
